(Monday, June 27, 2022) – The City of Rochester will conduct an RFP information session for organizations interested in partnering with the City to implement a workforce development and entrepreneurship training program. The City issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on June 1 seeking multiple partner organizations, who may apply individually or with another agency. Vendors will be considered in one of three categories: those relating only to workforce development training services; those relating to only entrepreneurship training services; or those relating to both. Special attention and weight will be given to those proposals that incorporate re-entry, co-operatives, agriculture and green jobs into programming.

The City intends to explore a wide range of potential projects based on the funding needs of organizations looking to expand their efforts and programming in these spaces, in any funding amount.
