Description:	As required by the City Charter, the Rochester City Council will hold a hearing to confirm the appointment of David M. Smith as Chief of the Rochester Police Department. The meeting is open to the public, but only Councilmembers will be allowed to ask questions during the confirmation hearing. Citizens may also view a live broadcast of the hearing on City 12, the City's government access channel that is available to Spectrum Cable subscribers – Channel 1303, as well as on the Council's Facebook Page or YouTube Page.
