A Joint Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 8 at 5:00 p.m. by
the City Council and the RCSD Board of Education so that constituents may voice their opinions and offer
comments regarding the proposed budgets for both the City of Rochester and the Rochester City School
District.
The joint public hearing will take place in-person at City Hall, in the City Council Chambers, Room 302-A. The public is invited to participate.
In addition, the hearings will be streamed live on the Council's Facebook
Page and YouTube Page, and will be broadcast live on City 12, the City's government access channel
that is available to Spectrum Cable subscribers – Channel 1303.
Persons wishing to speak may sign up ahead of time by calling 585-428-7538, or emailing council@cityofrochester.gov,
although registration prior to the meeting is not required.
Residents who cannot participate in
person are encouraged to fax (585-428-6347), email, or mail (Attn: City Council or RCSD Budget
Comments, City Hall – Room 301A, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614) their
comments to the Council.
