Train Like a Champion
Fleet Feet Sports is offering training programs to help get ready for the Rochester Flower City Challenge. Fitness programs designed to prepare you for race day will help ensure you can perform at your best.
Be Victorious
There are awards available for all of the events. Overall top finishers, as well as top age group finishers, will receive awards.
Adopt a Mile!
Adopt a Mile is a program that lets organizations earn money and public recognition and marketing simply by soliciting, organizing, and coordinating the volunteers for a particular “mile” of the Rochester Regional Health Flower City Half Marathon & 5K course. It's a unique opportunity to market your organization to the thousands that run the races!
Want to Have Fun but Nervous to Run?
Volunteers are needed to help make this all happen. The Rochester Regional Health Flower City Challenge needs people for:

People who are interested in volunteering should send an e-mail to Nicole@yellowjacketracing.com.
