Rochester Land Bank Corporation Sales Events

Rochester Land Bank Corporation (the Land Bank) is seeking responses from qualified developers for the purchase and rehabilitation of single family residential structures.  You must be a qualified bidder to participate in these on-site auctions.  The application (linked below) must be filled out and returned to the Land Bank, 30 Church Street, Room 125B, Rochester, NY 14614 by April 26th at 4PM (no exceptions will be made for late applications).  Showing schedules and Auction Dates will be provided only to approved applicants.  Approved applicants will be notified in writing the week of May 10th (please do not call for status).  Note: if your RFQ (Bidder Application) is incomplete, you will not be approved and there will be no notification or correction period, so please submit a complete application. All financials must be provided at time of application, and the application must be notarized.  

 

Note: The City of Rochester is holding its own on-site auctions in June. That is a separate process from this Rochester Land Bank Corporation Auction. It requires a Separate Application and has different terms and conditions.  You must show $10,000 for each property you intend to bid on up to a combined maximum of 2 for the Land Bank and the City Auction.
