Rochester Land Bank Corporation Sales Events - SEALED BID AUCTION

Rochester Land Bank Corporation (the Land Bank) is seeking responses from qualified developers for the purchase and rehabilitation of single family residential structures.  You must be a qualified bidder to participate in these on-site auctions.  The RFQ-Bidder Application (linked below) must be filled out and returned to the Land Bank, 30 Church Street, Room 125B, Rochester, NY 14614 by June 19th at 3PM (No exceptions will be made for late applications). The application must be accompanied by all evidence (financials, etc) required in the application.  

Note: if your RFQ (Bidder Application) is incomplete, you will not be approved and there will be no notification or correction period, so please submit a complete application. All financials must be provided at time of application, and the application must be notarized.  

Showing schedules (MASKS REQUIRED) and Auction Dates will be provided only to approved applicants.  Approved applicants will be notified by letter that will be mailed by June 26th (please do not call for status).
