I Am Encountering Problems Viewing the eCitizen Portal

Due to the sensitive nature of credit card and banking transactions, we require that you access our payment website using an up to date Secure web-browser supporting the SSL/TLS  (Secure Socket Layer/ Transport Layer Security) version 1.2 security protocol. If your browser does not support TLS version 1.2, then the payment website will not function or render within your browser

Currently the following browsers support TLS 1.2:

Chrome - v30 and greater supports TLS 1.2.
Firefox - v27 and greater enables TLS 1.1 and 1.2 by default.
Internet Explorer - v11 supports TLS 1.2 from Feb 2013. Some earlier versions can be set manually to support this.
Opera - v17 and greater has added support for TLS 1.2.
Safari - v5 and greater on iOS and v7 and greater on OS X have added support for up to TLS 1.2

If support for TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 is not currently enabled in your browser, you may be able to manually enable it.  See this page for details on how to do so.
