FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid

 

FAFSA Fest is an annual series of events in that brings local volunteers to locations around the city to help students and families complete their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online, answer financial aid questions and provide individual counseling for understanding college costs. Food and refreshments will be provided, and there is no need to pre-register. Volunteers include financial aid counselors from local colleges, accountants and attorneys.

  • Saturday, December 11, 11AM – 2PM @Central Library (Kate
  • Gleason Auditorium)
  •  Thursday, January 20, 5PM – 7PM @ Rochester Educational
  • Opportunity Center (REOC)   

What to Bring:  

  • I.D.
  • All 2020 Tax Forms
  • If you are not able to provide tax forms right away, a Social Security Number will get you started and the rest of the application can be completed later

 All students are welcome! Assistance for special circumstances will be available.
