Enjoy Flavors of Rochester at the Market each Saturday morning, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., May through September! Flavors is sponsored by the Public Market, Democrat and Chronicle, Friends of the Rochester Public Market, and Summit Federal Credit Union.
Prime your palate for a terrific tastings experience at the Market! Each year this series of food demonstrations is offered outside the Market office, and features creative culinary artists in the area, who serve up sumptuous morsels from their best recipes. Most Flavors of Rochester series samples are made from fresh ingredients acquired right here at the Market!
In addition, the Friends of the Rochester Public Market's own Margaret O'Neill prepares her Summit Federal Credit Union Healthy Tastings once per month as part of the series, featuring in-season Market produce.
This year, Flavors featured the cuisines of cultures and countries of the International Sister Cities of Rochester! Stay tuned to this page for the coming 2018 slate!
