New Demonstration/Education Kitchen Advances the Market's Nutrition Mission
On May 9, 2019, the ribbon was cut on the Public Market
Nutrition Education Center, a new demonstration kitchen inside the
City of Rochester Public Market’s new indoor vendor shed “B”.
This facility is
designed to host a wide array of community nutrition and culinary programs,
during both regular Market hours, and off hours. Most of these programs will be offered free of charge. With a variety of schedule,
hosts, and programming, the Public Market Nutrition Education Center adds even
more community offerings and opportunities at the Market.
