Demonstration and Education Kitchen Advances the Market's Nutrition Mission
This facility is
designed to host a wide array of community nutrition and culinary programs,
during both regular Market hours, and off hours. With a variety of schedule,
hosts, and programming, the Public Market Nutrition Education Center adds even
more community offerings and opportunities at the Market.

Foodlink's Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables
Thursdays 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. Free!
Foodlink has been a mainstay
nutrition education and sampling program at the Market through its Just Say Yes to Fruits and Vegetables
initiative, and will continue as a flagship program in the Public Market Nutrition Education Center, with
weekly workshops every Thursday morning. Recipes feature fresh, healthy Market ingredients! Stay tuned to this schedule for any cancellations, postponements, reschedules.
