Liberty Lofts at Sibley Square - WinnDevelopment redeveloped the historic Sibley Square into an affordable and workforce rental community at 250 E. Main Street, offering 104 units including studios, 1 bedroom units, 1 bedrooms units with dens, 2 bedroom units, and 2 bedroom units with dens. Apartments serve households at or below 60%, 90%, or 110% of median family income (MFI). Amenities include in-unit storage, laundry facilities, a wellness room, kids' play room, resident lounge, and workbar.

Warfield Square - Home Leasing's project included the rehabilitation of an existing building and new construction of additional buildings to create 72 units including 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom rental apartments and townhomes. Units service households at or below 50%, 60%, and 90% AMI. Warfield Square was named to honor the Warfield family who has actively served to improved the EMMA community and neighborhood, partners with Starbridge to offer 16 apartments to provide supportive housing to people with developmental disabilities. Amenities include community room, fitness center, playground, and computer access.

Charlotte Square III - Charlotte on the Loop - This new construction project by Home Leasing, created 50 units, include studios, 1 bedroom units, and 2 bedroom units. Apartments service households earning at or below 60% or 90% MFI. Eight units are set aside for supportive housing for homeless ex-offender households graduating from transitional housing by Spiritus Christi Prison Outreach (SCPO), which will continue to provide ongoing related services. Amenities include a community room, fitness center, patios and/or balconies, secure interior bicycle storage, on-site laundry, and a playground.
