The City of Rochester requests the following information in order to complete the requested government transaction: name, address, credit card number and expiration date, billing address, and other information required by the government to process the transaction (e.g., Social Security Number).

If you are interested in receiving information on new services, you should notify us one time by clicking this option. To make our marketing efforts more meaningful to you, The City of Rochester asks you to supply additional information, but you are not required to do so.

In order to contact you in the event of a problem with a payment, the City of Rochester requires your e-mail address when making an online payment. To provide you with an additional level of security, your credit card information is NOT stored on our computer systems during or after a transaction.

Unauthorized attempts to modify any information stored on this site, to defeat or circumvent security features, or to utilize this site for other than its intended purposes are prohibited. Our security specialists monitor this site to ensure proper operation, to verify the functioning of applicable security features, and for other similar purposes. By using this site, you consent to such monitoring.

The City of Rochester makes every effort to ensure that your data security is protected when you conduct business online at our site. You should immediately notify your credit card company of any fraudulent activities by following the required procedures outlined in your credit card statements. The City of Rochester will work with your credit card company to resolve any problems.

8. How You Can Access and Update Your Personal Profile

You may access and update your personal profile, which contains personally identifiable information that you have provided to us, by using a password or PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you supply.
