(Monday, Sept. 9, 2019) – The 2019 Rochester Fringe Festival will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 10 and run through Saturday, Sept. 21. Traffic in the East End and Main Street area will be affected.
The following is a list of streets that will be CLOSED during the festival:

Friday, Sept. 13 to Sunday Sept. 15

Cortland Street (from Elm Street to E. Main Street):
    o From 6 a.m., Friday, Sept. 13 to midnight, Sunday, Sept. 15

Andrew Langston Way (From Elm Street to E. Main Street):
    o From 6 a.m., Friday, Sept. 13 to midnight, Sunday, Sept. 15

Elm Street (From Clinton Avenue to Chestnut Street):
    o From 1 p.m., Friday, Sept. 13 to midnight, Saturday Sept. 14
    o From 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 14 to midnight, Sunday Sept. 15

Friday, Sept. 20 to Sunday, Sept. 22

Chestnut Street (From E. Main Street to East Avenue):
    o From 6 a.m., Friday, Sept. 20 to 6 a.m., Sunday Sept. 22

Chestnut Street (From E. Main Street to Lawn Street):
    o From 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 20 to 2 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 21
    o From 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21 to 2 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 22

East Avenue (From E. Main Street to Gibbs Street):
    o From 4 p.m., Friday, Sept. 20 to 2 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 21
    o From 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 21 to 2 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 22
