Refuse and
Recycling Remains on Schedule
City Ice Rinks,
City Branch Libraries, Rochester Animal Services Stay Open
(Friday, Feb. 18,
2022) - Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, the
Rochester Community Sports Complex, and the Department of Recreation and Human
Services administration office at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Monday,
Feb. 21 in observance of President’s Day.
Refuse and recycling collection will remain on schedule.
Rochester Public Library branches will remain open for

The City’s ice rinks at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial
Park at Manhattan Square (MLK Park) and the Genesee Valley Park Sports Complex
(GVP) will also be open Monday for normal hours. For the full list of ice rink

Rochester Animal Services will remain open for normal hours.
