Refuse and Recycling Delayed by One Day
City Branch Libraries, Rochester Animal Services to Close
(Thursday, Aug. 31,
2023) - Rochester City Hall,
Rochester Public Libraries, Rochester Animal Services, Neighborhood Service
Centers, R-Centers, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human
Services administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Monday,
Sept. 4 in observance of Labor Day.
Refuse and
recycling collection will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the
week.
R-Centers
are closed for staff training all week, and will reopen on Monday, Sept. 11 for
fall operational hours of 2 – 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The 311 Call
Center will be open for normal hours from 7 a.m.– 9 p.m. on Monday, Sept.
