Motorist Advisory
(Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022) – The 2022 Rochester Fringe Festival will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 13 and run through Saturday, Sept. 24 in various locations throughout the East End and Downtown. Traffic in these areas will be impacted.
The following streets will be closed during the festival:
• Cortland Street (from Elm Street to E. Main Street):
o 6 a.m., Friday, Sept. 16 to midnight, Sunday, Sept.18
• Andrew Langston Way (From Elm Street to E. Main Street):
o 6 a.m., Friday, Sept. 16 to midnight, Sunday, Sept. 18
• Elm Street (from Clinton Avenue to Atlas Street):
o 12 p.m., Friday, Sept. 16 to midnight, Saturday Sept.17;
o 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17 to midnight, Sunday Sept. 18
• Euclid Street (from Andrew Langston Way to Atlas Street):
o 12 p.m., Friday, Sept. 16 to midnight, Saturday Sept. 17;
o 4 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17 to midnight, Sunday Sept.18
• Court Street (from Chestnut Street to Broad Street)
o 8 a.m., Friday, Sept. 23 to 11 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 24
• Chestnut Street (from Woodbury Boulevard to Broad Street):
o 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23;
o 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24
