Description: | Notice is hereby given that the City of Rochester is holding a public hearing to inform the development of the 2024-25 Annual Action Plan. This plan puts forward the annual budget for federal entitlement funding from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This includes four distinct grant streams including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
