City leaf collection is under way!
City loose-leaf collection crews will conduct a second sweep of collection operations in some areas of the city beginning next week to account for this year’s late leaf drop.
The four-week loose-leaf collection schedule that began Oct. 28 ends Friday. Beginning Monday, Nov. 25 crews will return to the areas where scheduled collection took place in the first two weeks to collect leaves that were still in the trees at the start of the collection schedule.
Areas covered in Week #1 and Week #2 are designated pink and green on the color-coded map below and in the Loose Leaf Pick-up Program mailed to city residents.
Please rake loose leaves into a pile between the sidewalk and the curb before Monday, Nov. 25.

What if I miss my collection day?
You can always bag your leaves and leave them at the curb on your normal garbage pickup day.
