Charlotte Branch Library Turns 95!

For 95 years the Charlotte community has been well-served by a branch of the Rochester Public Library which opened its doors on Stutson Street on September 5, 1919. Join former Branch Manager, Maureen Whalen, as she takes a look back at the history of the branch as revealed by the annual reports of some of her predecessors. No registration required.
