About The Project

The Reynolds-Seward Project is a residential rehabilitation project. 

The Limits of the Project are:  From   To 
Reynolds Street Seward Street   Columbia Avenue  
Seward Street Reynolds Street Columbia Avenue

  
The following improvements will be made:

  • Milling and resurfacing of roadway with possible areas of pavement reconstruction.
  • New granite stone curbing with an underdrain system.
  • New driveway aprons.
  • Spot concrete sidewalk replacement.
  • New Street Lighting system on Reynolds Street.
  • Realignment of the intersection of Reynolds St and Seward St.
  • Updating and installing sidewalk accessible ramps.
  • Replacement of water services.
  • New catch basin and manhole adjustments.
  • Lawn restorations as required by construction activities.
  • New Street trees.
  • Replacement of signage and painted crosswalks.
  • Pursuing One-Way conversion on Seward St between Reynolds St and Magnolia St.
