Erie Harbor involves the demolition of the four low-rise structures formerly know as River Park Commons and subsequent construction of approximately 131 new rental housing units on the site, of which 80% of the units will be market-rate and 20% will be for low and moderate-income households. Some construction complete as of 1/15/11 and Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for 38 units; construction is underway on the remaining 93 units.
