Project Overview
The Pedestrian Safety Action Plan (PSAP) will upgrade approximately 200 signalized and unsignalized pedestrian crossings within the City of
Rochester. Funding for this project comes 100% from the Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program. Federal funds for this project are administered by NY State Department of Transportation. More information on the State PSAP can be found here.
