Pedestrian Safety Action Plan

Project Overview 

The Pedestrian Safety Action Plan (PSAP) will upgrade approximately 200 signalized and unsignalized pedestrian crossings within the City of Rochester. Funding for this project comes 100% from the Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program. Federal funds for this project are administered by NY State Department of Transportation.
