(Wednesday, May 26, 2021) – Mayor Lovely Warren and City Department of Neighborhood and Business Development Commissioner Gary Kirkmire are inviting city residents to provide input on proposed programs and projects to be funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the 2021-22 program year during a live, Virtual Community Update webinar, 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 27.

Participants can register to participate in the webinar and read the draft Annual Action Plan at www.cityofrochester.gov/conplan. Those wishing to simply view the webinar can watch it on the City’s YouTube page at www.youtube.com/c/CityofRochesterVideos.

The City’s Annual Action Plan is a component of the five-year Consolidated Plan, which guides the use of HUD funding for: Community Development Block Grants (CDBG); the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME); Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG); and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
