Refuse and Recycling to Remain on Schedule
(Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023) – Rochester City Hall, Neighborhood
Service Centers, Rochester Public Libraries, R-Centers, Rochester
Animal Services, and the Honorable Loretta C. Scott Center for Human Services
administrative office building at 57 St. Paul St. will be closed on Friday,
Nov. 10 in observance of Veterans Day.
Refuse and
recycling collection will remain on schedule.
Rochester
Public Libraries will be closed from Friday, Nov. 10 – Saturday, Nov. 11.
The 311
Call Center will remain open during its normal hours from 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.,
Monday–Friday.
