(March 17, 2009) - The modern wind ensemble Arabeque Winds will perform, 2 -- 4 p.m., Sun., March 22, as part of the “Music Sundays” series at the Kate Gleason Auditorium of the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County, 115 South Ave.

Formed at the Eastman School of Music in 2005, the Arabesque Winds ensemble is recognized for their fresh, energetic and interactive performances. The group has won international competitions as well as national recognition for their support of music education and outreach.

The members of the ensemble include; Deidre Huckabay, playing flute; Liz Spector on oboe; Isabel Kim on clarinet; Eryn Bauer playing bassoon and Sophia Goluses on horn.
