On September 27 and 28, 2022, Heather Lewis and Caty Townsend of Animal Arts, in partnership with
Kideney Architects, hosted a Needs Assessment Workshop with Rochester Animal Services in
Rochester, New York. This included an analysis of the existing facility and informed discussions with staff and leadership around operations and challenges.
