Description: | Connected Communities partners with Beechwood and EMMA neighborhood residents to break the cycle of poverty through antiracist community revitalization and equitable resource coordination. In this program, Community Project Manager Rachel Betts will share some of the exciting projects that Connected Communities is developing, and how the organization’s approach follows principles of holistic community transformation. There will be an opportunity for participant Q & A.
