Updated 04/18/24: City's contractor has resurfaced the roadway, there is a known issue with areas of previous water service repairs which have caused depressions in the west bound lane. The City is working with the contractors to solve the problem.

This project consists of the construction of a new pedestrian access connection from the upper level of the Charles Carroll Park Plaza to the existing Sister Cities Bridge and improvements to the lower walkway along the Genesee River. |
Updated 4/12/24: Contractor has begun work on the plaza and sister cities bridge. Contractor work zone includes the walkway along the Genesee River from Main St to Andrews St. Access to this area will be restricted until July 2024. Sidewalk on the south side of Andrews St is closed from State St to St Paul Blvd due to this project.
