This project consists of the construction of a new pedestrian access connection from the upper level of the Charles Carroll Park Plaza to the existing Sister Cities Bridge and improvements to the lower walkway along the Genesee River. |
Updated 05/26/23: Contractor has begun work on the plaza and sister cities bridge. Contractor work zone includes the walkway along the Genesee River from Main St to Andrews St. Access to this area will be restricted until at least winter 2023. Sidewalk on the south side of Andrews St is closed from State St to St Paul Blvd due to this project.
