 Misc. Milling and Resurfacing 

 This work is part of the City's Asphalt Milling & Resurfacing Resurfacing, Preventative Maintenance program. Work involves: milling and resurfacing of existing pavement; spot replacement of curb and sidewalk; adjustment of manholes and catch basins; and pavement markings. 

Streets currently under construction under this program are listed alphabetically by name in this report.

Reynolds St. Seward to Columbia This work is part of the City's Reynolds Street and Seward Street Project. It involves construction on Reynolds Street (Seward  St to Columbia Ave) and Seward Street (Reynolds St to Columbia Ave). 

Work includes curb replacement on Reynolds Street and Seward Street; New water services; installation of new stone curbs including underdrain and 100 ft. bump out for Reynolds St.; new street lighting conduits; spot sidewalk replacement; replacement of all driveway aprons; new ADA compliant sidewalk ramps; catch basin upgrades; and restoration of all lawn areas disturbed by the work.
