The Building Services divisions of Building Operations, Construction and Repair and Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning maintain and repair all City-owned buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, masonry and electrical systems, as well as serving the Downtown District. Building Services has a green mission, as well: it conducts the City's energy conservation program by monitoring energy consumption and implementing cost saving steps.

The Forestry and Parks Operations divisions maintain City parks, green spaces and the urban forest.
