City 12 TV

Rochester's Government Cable Access Channel

City 12 is Rochester’s government access channel providing a “destination” for information and entertainment for urban lifestyles, careers and pastimes. The objective of the channel is to provide information about City services, programs and events in addition to important news about City, State, national and world issues, with informative and educational programs covering a wide variety of interests and issues through award-winning news and children’s shows. In addition, City 12 promotes the City of Rochester by highlighting initiatives and programs of the mayor, special events produced by the City, projects, people, parks, and any positive activity happening in the city.

Rochester City Council meetings and Council committee meetings are broadcast live each month on City 12. Council meetings are generally held on the third Tuesday of each month at 8 p.m., while committee meetings take place at 4:00 pm on the preceding Thursday. However, this schedule is sometimes subject to change. See the complete listing of live air times and rebroadcasts of City Council meetings and committee meetings.
