Apply for a Tax Agreement

The City of Rochester offers property owners the ability to apply for a tax agreement to pay delinquent taxes in installments (plus interest) if the property owner demonstrates financial need.  If the property is not owner occupied, the owner must also demonstrate that they are in good standing with City Code Enforcement for all properties that they own.

New:  The City of Rochester now offers the ability to submit your Tax Agreement application online. Using this feature will result in faster processing time. You will also receive email updates regarding the status of your application.
