ROC the Block is a community-based hiring initiative that brings businesses and recruiters to the city's four quadrants throughout the summer and early fall. With this fun, local, block-party styled event, Rochester employers and residents can meet to discover employment opportunities.

Meeting of the Minds 

Meeting of the Minds is an opportunity for the Workforce Development Community organizations to come together and discuss the current state of the workforce, challenges and successes.
