These are typically large vacant lots suitable for commercial or industrial development, though they may be large buildings in need of repair.

There will be a showing on March 26th from 9:30 AM to 11 AM.  (Bring a Flashlight- It's dark inside)

*Note. You can bid above the $50,000 if you wish the price to be considered in the RFP process, however, this is not an auction that will be awarded to the highest bidder, but will be awarded to the proposal that is selected by the review committee that represents the City's choice for the best project for the property. 

Proposals are due Monday April 8th at 4PM at City Hall (3o Church St Suite 125B). Please make certain your proposal is completed in full (including a copy of Page 7 filled out for each purchaser, cost estimates, and proof of funds), and accompanied by the $1,000 deposit in Cash, Certified Check or Money Order (No personal checks). All proposals will be reviewed by a committee and any awarded sale is subject to approval of City Council.

 RESIDENTIAL ZONED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SALES (RFP's  )

These are typically parcels of vacant land that are suitable for development, or small commercial/industrial buildings or residential structures in need of repair. Interested buyers are required to submit a Proposal Outline detailing their plans for renovation or construction, estimated costs, financing plan and timetable for completion.  (Please see submission deadline on each individual listing.)

All proposals should be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of  $958.21 in Cash, Certified Check or Money Order (No personal checks). This includes the Purchase Price of $550, recording fees for the county in the amount of $319 and in-lieu taxes of $89.21.

All proposals will be reviewed by a committee and any awarded sale is subject to approval of City Council.
