  • There will be an informational meeting *by zoom, on Tuesday, December 14th at 10 AM. The link for the zoom will be posted here by Friday December 10th. 
  • Proposals are due by Friday, January 14th, 2022 at 4PM at 30 Church St, Room 125-B. Late or incomplete proposals, or proposals without deposit may be rejected. 
  • All proposals shall be accompanied with a refundable $1,000 deposit by certified check or business check, payable to "City of Rochester"
  • Proposals should be fully complete, and accompanied by financials (evidence of cash deposits, or financing commitment) sufficient to complete the project.
  • Letters of Community Support are highly suggested.
  • Any other information to support your proposal can be included.

    *Please provide your full proposal with at least one (Preferably 2) hard copies, and a Thumb Drive with all documentation and proposals in digital format.

SMALL PROPERTY RFP's 

Small Property Request for Proposal (RFP) sale, the City of Rochester offers commercial or mixed-use buildings, residential structures that may have specific development requirements, and parcels of vacant land that are suitable for development. Interested buyers are required to submit a Proposal Outline detailing their plans for renovation or construction, estimated costs, financing plan and timetable for completion.  (Please see submission deadline on each individual listing.)


  •  633 Jefferson Road is vacant land available for sale, subject to proposal.  Development Proposal Outline for Vacant Land , W-9 form, proof of adequate funding or financing to complete the project and deposit are required.  Additional information that might be helpful in evaluating the proposal is also welcome.  Submit proposals to the Division of Real Estate, City Hall,  30 Church St, Room 125B, Rochester, NY 14614  no later than Friday, January 14, 2022 at 4pm
